Help Is Here: On Amazon for KDP Authors

Wondering how to get help from Amazon now that it has fully switched it’s print-on-demand publishing to KDP from CreateSpace that it now has closed? Here’s how:

1. Go to KDP and sign in.
2. Look up at the navigation bar at the top of the page and click on “Help.”
3. On the Help page, look to the bottom left of the page where it says:
   “Have feedback? Can’t find your answer in our Help pages?” and then click on “Contact Us” (see below):

4. Type in your number and wait for KDP to call you.

Amazon has had the same great support team helping them since they started CreateSpace. So my tip, having had to call for my many authors and myself over the past decade, is to be as nice as possible whenever you call. These folks at KDP take their jobs very seriously and your kind patience with them will go a long, long way.
