Great New Tool to Create Hashtags for Your Book Marketing
Just in from the wonderful supporter of authors, Dave Chesson and his colleague, Eevi Jones, of Children’s Book University®, they designed a hashtag generator for authors to use.
Here is the update on this free tool shared by Dave recently:
Hashtags are a great tool to increase discoverability on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.
My problem is – I never know which hashtags to use. And it can take a long time to do all the research, make a big long list, type it all up in the appropriate platform, and do it again and again for every post.
That’s a lot of work!
And it’s absolutely FREE!
All you have to do is select the social media platform and enter your goals with the post, and out will pop a list of potential hashtags that you can use! Check it out below.
You can then select all of the relevant hashtags, copy them, and paste them right into your post.
My favorite part is that as you select the hashtags, based on which platform you select, the Generator will tell you how many more you can select before you hit your max, thus taking the guesswork out of it.
As a side note, understand that this is not meant to replace hashtag research. This tool does not track the ebbs and flows of every relevant hashtag, or track up-and-coming hashtags, but instead provides a simple list of the most popular hashtags out there.
