TED, Malcolm Gladwell and Barry Schwartz

Every morning, I make a point of listening to one TED Talk. 18 minutes of learning — I feel so much better . . . smarter. Recently I listened to two talks — one by Malcom Gladwell, the other by Barry Schwartz — on choice and how it either brings more happiness to us or dissipates that quotient, if you will.

Interestingly Gladwell is a champion of more choice while Schwartz advocates the opposite.
