I have been building online communities for years, but I have never seen the kind of online traffic and growth of communities like I have seen on LinkedIn. But what makes a good site great? It’s all about the attention you give to the community coupled with the direction.

When you go to the group, I start by leading those who want to sign up create a better “first impression” through the following instruction:
For a free LinkedIn Tutorial Guide email me at email@example.com. Once you are in this group, please share: 1)your top three strengths, 2) your top four values, 3) the type of position you are looking for 4) the types of companies or a list of the top three companies you are looking to get into and 5) connections with two companies you have relationships with.
