From Blogger To Book Author

Does the thought of writing a blog post create a massive lump in your stomach?

Do you wonder when, if ever, you will have time to blog even once a week?

Are you hoping someone will come to your aid to help your blog and take your pain away magically?

Well, although I can’t help everyone, I do hope this blog will help you take one small step toward writing even one blog post shortly. Why? Because it’s all about you. Every writer I have ever worked with is on his or her own, unique and vital journey, to move from observer to participant to create a life for yourself that is filled with more opportunities and possibilities.

At Networlding where our focus is helping “make-a-difference authors,” we develop content from a core of passion. Passion is what makes for interesting blogs. Here are three tips for tapping into your passion to create blog content that will touch your readers:

  • Make your content fun. Everyone loves fun or funny content like this picture of a baby who obviously is too young to read but generates a good chuckle with this posed photo. Little Child Play With Book And Glasses
  • Check out this unique tool for clever title ideas called AnswerthePublic.com. It will create a useful graphic for you to gather all kinds of great blog ideas.answerthepublic-com-1
  • What are some things you feel experts in your industry believe that you disagree with and have a different opinion? For example, I believe that the experts in digital marketing encourage businesses of all sizes to build huge databases of weak leads. My findings show that it is far better to first build a smaller group of avid supporters, who are also great networkers, who can and will influence their networks to help your business grow.

By figuring out how to go left when everyone is going right when it comes to blogging, you are putting yourself in that limelight that will give you the winning edge.
